How do I care for my silk products? 

Flip Me silk pillowcases can be washed in the washing machine on a low temperature or delicate wash setting. A cold wash is better. However to maintain the perfect silk pillowcases as you purchased them we recommend you hand wash them. 

Our Silk eye masks should be hand washed at all times not go in the washing machine ( sorry- but worth it!) 

Always remove make up before going to sleep- this is a given anyway to look after your skin AND your silk pillowcase.

 

How do my silk products arrive. 

All our products arrive in a beautiful gift box with a feel good mantra in the inside. Making GOT SILK the perfect gift for yourself or a friend.  You can also store and transport your beautiful silk.

 

Delivery. 

Standard shipping is 2-4 days from dispatch. 

 

Refund Policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
